My goal is to bring the HUMANITY back to talent acquisition. Too often, recruiters rely on a "throw resumes and hope" approach. Not here.Recruiters play a vital role. Founders and executives will tell you that their most valuable asset is their people. Great concepts and products matter, but without the right team to execute, they mean little.With experience working with startups and small businesses, I view myself as an ambassador for the companies I represent. Often, my outreach is the first time a candidate hears about the company—so I make sure it counts.
